Covers: transfer (stamp) duty for VIC/NSW/QLD, the standard owner-occupier / principal-place-of-residence concessions, and first home buyer duty exemptions/concessions on an established home.

Does not cover: First Home Owner Grant (FHOG) cash grants for new builds, off-the-plan/new-home specific concessions, vacant land, foreign purchaser additional duty (surcharge), pensioner/other concessions, mortgage registration and transfer fees, or your borrowing capacity. New builds and vacant land are treated differently — book a consult for a precise figure.
